Damdama Lake is one of the biggest natural lakes in the state of
Haryana, covering an area of 3000 acres, situated about 20kms from
Gurgaon on Gurgaon - Alwar road. It is a popular haunt for locals and
tourists with a hankering for the great outdoors , this idyllic lakeside
setting provides the perfect venue for a variety of family oriented
and adventure sporting activities that appeal to the young and old.
Damdama Lake provides so many attractions some of them are
boating, hot air ballooning, kayaking, cycling, angling, rowing and
fishing .Swimming for the guests in the lake is prohibited. Rock
climbers can navigate the nearby Aravalli Hills and explore the lake’s
picturesque surroundings. At the far end of the lake is a hillock, an
offshoot of the Arravalies.
Damdama lake is a natural home for birds and more than 190 species
of birds migratory as well as local, visit here during winter season i.e
from November to March. The island of Damdama lake have a water
